Pars Industries Pty Ltd, the manufacturer of Sun-Shade PVC Shutters, is located on the Central Coast of NSW and is capable of extruding PVC profiles for plantation shutters. Our state-of-the-art factory is equipped with a PVC recycling plant where nothing goes to waste in our process. We have mixing machines that create the necessary compound for our extrusions, a twin-screw extrusion system with co-extrusion capabilities, and aluminium inserts that produce the required extrusion profiles for our products. Additionally, instead of traditional paint, which many others use, we apply UV-cured paint to our products. This UV paint is cured under LED lights, which is an advanced curing method that guarantees the reliability of our products under the harsh Australian sun and UV environment.
Because we manufacture everything in Australia, there is no need to wait for shipments or worry about unpredictable delays. We can ship your shutters reliably and within the promised time frame.
Our History
Pars Industries Pty Ltd was formed as a manufacturing company in 2020 by three experienced directors, each with more than 35 years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT. The vision of Pars Industries is to bring back to Australia some of the manufacturing activities that were lost to other countries, mainly due to economic reasons.
In light of recent global uncertainties, including political frictions, natural disasters like COVID-19, and disruptions in shipping, the desire to ensure that Australia is supported by internal resources and domestic manufacturing is growing. Pars Industries Pty Ltd is one of many companies working towards this goal. Our mission is to establish and expand manufacturing facilities to produce PVC extrusion profiles for plantation shutters, which are gaining momentum and becoming more fashionable and accepted in the Australian market.
We believe that Pars Industries Pty Ltd is possibly the only company attempting this type of manufacturing in Australia. We trust that the Australian public will support products that are fully made in Australia, rather than imported or partially Australian-made ones. We hope that this is one of many efforts to bring manufacturing and jobs back to our country.
